Fortinet is looking for a Staff Technical Support Specialist in Mexico City to troubleshoot and provide support for Fortinet’s Endpoint Solutions, including EMS and EDR.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical support experience, communications skills, and deep knowledge of operating systems. Responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for high-profile cases and managing customer expectations while resolving technical issues.

Formación

• Experience in a technical support role in a networking or security company.
• Deep working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, L2/L3 switches.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot Fortinet’s Endpoint Solutions EMS/EDR.
• Act as an escalation point for high profile cases.
• Provide customer education due to gaps in product knowledge.
• Remain up to date on security trends surrounding the endpoint market.
