DXC Technology Morocco is seeking an experienced Network Delivery Lead to oversee governance, incident management, problem management and change enablement for large customer networks. You will ensure alignment across engineering, security, and vendors, while driving automation and observability to improve service outcomes.

The role requires 8-10 years in enterprise networking or IT operations, strong ITIL expertise and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, managed services or engineering support.
Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 / ITSM practices and service integration.
Fluency in written and spoken English for technical/executive communication.
College degree in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

Establish and maintain network service governance, dashboards, and escalation paths.
Lead incident management and ensure rapid engagement, clear ownership and post-incident actions.
Produce evidence-based RCAs with measurable corrective actions and known-errors view.
Provide delivery assurance for high-risk changes and validate rollback and post-change health checks.
Own accurate network CMDB data, assets, contracts and service mappings.
Drive automation and observability, reduce gaps and document residual risks.
Review capacity, latency and service experience trends; plan growth and actions.
Coordinate lifecycle plans across engineering, security and vendors.
