Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Incident Owner/Operations engineer with strong C#/.NET Core, Python, AWS, and observability skills to monitor, triage, and restore services across a complex stack. You will collaborate with DevOps, development, databases, and security to drive rapid problem resolution and postmortems.

Responsibilities include incident timelines, root-cause analysis, automation, runbooks, and effective communication during high-severity events, while contributing to feature

Qualifications

• C# and .NET Core experience in enterprise systems.
• Python experience with frameworks.
• Cloud ETL and AWS knowledge.
• Web services (SOAP/REST) understanding.
• Messaging systems and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid intake, triage, and prioritization of alerts, tickets, and incidents.
• Act as Incident Owner during high-severity events, ensuring clear communication and swift restoration of service.
• Maintain accurate, real-time incident timelines and post-incident documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and restoration across application, middleware, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Development, DBA, Network, Security, QA, and vendors to resolve issues.
