Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to advance our Payroll platform within a remote-first, AI-driven environment. You will drive end-to-end development of cloud-based applications, design scalable RESTful services, and collaborate with product owners to deliver high-quality features.

• 7+ years backend development with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and services using ASP.NET Core
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
• Strong modular, reusable, testable code following best practices
• Solid knowledge of relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
• Experience with ORM frameworks (NHibernate/Entity Framework)
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Castle Windsor/Autofac/Ninject)
• Frontend experience and understanding of frontend architecture and state management

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end development for cloud-based applications, from roadmap to production
• Debug and perform root-cause analysis for application issues
• Proactively identify pain points and suggest mitigations
• Make improvements to development processes
• Perform peer reviews of code changes
• Test new features, enhancements and bug fixes
• Maintain documentation and help articles for new features
• Provide training sessions for the support team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in an agile environment
