Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to balance core development with evolving ownership and collaboration. You will help modernize our Payroll system toward a service-oriented, microservices mixed architecture, following a .Net Core migration.

Key focus areas include end-to-end cloud development, debugging, and proactive process improvements, with strong emphasis on implementing robust APIs and scalable frontend features.

Formación

• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and services using ASP.NET Core.
• 7+ years of backend development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as NHibernate or Entity Framework.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React/Angular/Vue.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end features across the full stack.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end development for cloud-based applications from roadmap to production.
• Debug and perform root cause analysis of application issues.
• Suggest improvements to development processes and mitigations for pain points.
• Perform peer reviews and testing of new features, enhancements, and bugs.
• Maintain documentation and help articles; provide training to support teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in an agile environment.
