AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing to deliver end-to-end features.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of software engineering, strong Azure ownership, and experience with Claude Code or similar tools. This position offers 100% remote work with US Eastern overlap.

Formación

• 4+ years as a software engineer.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure production deployment ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.
• Work within an AI Skill/governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment; deliver V1 outcomes at high pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, pipelines, production validation.
• Strong communication; escalate blockers early.
• Overlaps with US Eastern Time for full-time engagement.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver features across .NET, C#, React, TS, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, manage work, and prepare UAT/demo readiness.
• Convert changing product direction into practical delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Apply AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before integration.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portals.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
