Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. You will build scalable ML models to boost customer insights and guide marketing decisions.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Write clean production-grade code in Python, PySpark, and SQL, and help maintain data pipelines with Spark or Airflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and production-ready coding in Python/SQL.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud ML tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Help build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
