NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join the OneTech Data team in Guadalajara, MX. You will design and deploy scalable ML solutions to boost marketing ROI and customer engagement, collaborating across data science, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities include building models, pipelines, and validating deployments while communicating insights to diverse stakeholders. The role emphasizes Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud-based ML tools, with remote/hybrid work options

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 2–4 years of professional ML or data engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and applying them to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big-data tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommender engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-quality code primarily in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data-driven products.
