NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer to join our Guadalajara team on a remote basis. You will develop scalable machine learning solutions that enhance customer intelligence and support business decisions.

You will write production-grade Python, PySpark, and SQL code, build data pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists in an agile environment to deliver data-driven products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, CS, engineering, math, or statistics.
• 2-4 years of professional ML or data engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and real-world applicability.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into solutions.
• Write production-grade Python, PySpark, and SQL code.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver data-driven products.
