NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our Guadalajara team. You will develop scalable ML models, analytics solutions, and data pipelines to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark is essential.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers in an agile environment, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deploy production‑grade code using modern ML frameworks and cloud tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in ML or data engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and real‑world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendations, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Write clean production‑quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven products.
