NTT DATA North America is seeking a Sr AI/ML Engineer (Remote) to Guadalajara, Mexico, delivering scalable machine learning solutions for customer intelligence and decision support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models that optimize marketing investments and improve engagement.

Responsibilities include building models, translating business needs into technical solutions, and maintaining data pipelines with PySpark, Python, and SQL.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of professional ML or data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker or Databricks preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Write clean, production-ready Python, PySpark, and SQL code.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an Agile environment with product managers and engineers to deliver data-driven products.
