Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. You will develop scalable ML models and data pipelines, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deploy production‑ready solutions using Python, PySpark, and SQL.

You should have 2‑4 years of ML or data engineering experience, a quantitative degree, and fluency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Remote or hybrid options may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in PySpark or similar big data tools.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS Sagemaker or Databricks is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production‑quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data‑driven products.
