NTT DATA is seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer (Remote) in Mexico to join the Office of Data Science and Automation in Guadalajara. You will build scalable ML solutions that enhance customer intelligence and support business decisions.

Responsibilities include developing ML models for marketing analytics, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and deploying production-quality code. The role requires strong Python/SQL skills and cloud experience, with an agile team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement machine learning models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code (Python, SQL, PySpark).
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data-driven products.
