NextPower Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead the transition of NPI test solutions into scalable, high-volume production. You will drive DFT improvements, define test coverage across ICT, BFT, and SFT, and partner with global CM testers to optimize yield and throughput.

You will develop robust test architectures, manage ECO/ECN revisions, and deploy standardized test systems across sites while maintaining strict change control and documentation.

Formación

• 5+ years in manufacturing test engineering for power electronics or related mass production.
• Experience transitioning NPI to high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, BFT, SFT test methodologies.
• Ability to read schematics and perform DFT analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead test strategy during NPI to enable seamless transfer to mass production.
• Drive DFT improvements to increase coverage and yield.
• Define test coverage across ICT, BFT, SFT platforms for robust validation.
• Collaborate with testers and suppliers during FAT/SAT and qualification.
• Develop scalable test architectures for high-volume ramps.
• Analyze tester capacity and forecast future needs.
