Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to direct the workcell test engineering staff, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of quality. The role involves designing test procedures, maintaining tester hardware and software for electronic circuit boards, and aligning activities with campus strategy.

You will recruit, coach and develop Test Engineers, set measurable goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the team in a fast-paced manufacturing

Formación

• BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in test engineering leadership or related field.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring and developing engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workcell test engineering staff to high efficiency, integrity and excellence.
• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic boards.
• Coach and mentor engineers, manage performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate large teams, ensure timely project delivery and cost effectiveness.
• Define and implement testing strategies in alignment with campus goals.
