Nextpower is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer in Mexico, Jalisco, to lead the transition of New Product Introduction (NPI) test solutions into mass production systems. The ideal candidate will oversee tester development and ensure production systems are optimized for high yield and capacity.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in power electronics manufacturing test engineering, along with strong programming skills in C#, Python, or C++.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering within power electronics or related high-volume industries.
• Experience transitioning NPI programs into high-volume mass production.
• Strong expertise in ICT, BFT, and SFT test methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience scaling test operations across multiple global manufacturing sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing test strategy during NPI for high-volume production environments.
• Develop scalable test architectures to support long-term production growth.
• Monitor and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) across global sites.
