Job summary

NEPSE Trading seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Latam, based in Mexico. This remote role owns market entry, builds pipeline, and closes B2B deals for mobile advertising across gaming, fintech and lifestyle apps. You’ll forge local partnerships, manage full client lifecycle, and collaborate with HQ to hit growth targets.

Fluency in Spanish and English required; Mandarin a plus. Compensation up to USD 40k per year with performance bonuses; fully remote within Mexico; travel

Qualifications

• Must be based in Mexico and fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience opening new markets and closing B2B deals in mobile advertising.
• Existing relationships with app advertisers or publishers in Mexico.
• Experience selling to gaming, fintech, or lifestyle apps.

Responsibilities

• Acquire clients across gaming, fintech, and lifestyle apps in Mexico.
• Build and manage a local channel and partnership network from scratch.
• Handle the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and renewals.
• Represent the company's ASA/ASO solutions to local advertisers and publishers.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure clients hit their growth targets.
