Mastercard in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Product Manager-Technical to own end-to-end transaction flows and integration strategies across platforms. You will drive roadmaps, partner with architects, and translate business needs into epics and measurable outcomes.

The role requires guiding prioritization, managing stakeholders, and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management for complex tech platforms.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and full product lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into epics, features, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for platforms and capabilities.
• Lead intake management and prioritization of new initiatives with clear business value.
• Define and communicate a clear product roadmap balancing investments and priorities.
• Facilitate prioritization frameworks and data-driven trade-offs.
• Lead product discovery, define epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with architects/engineering to define technical requirements and enabler work.
