Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Workcell Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a medical environment. You will direct a cross-functional team, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service improvements while expanding profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate customer priorities into clear workcell strategies. You will work with Operations, Finance, and Quality to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum eight years experience in operations, engineering, or supply chain.
• Minimum five years experience in operations, engineering, or planning management.
• Minimum 3 years workcell management experience (preferably on JOS).

Responsibilities

• Owns workcell KPIs, costs, and staffing plans; drives action.
• Manages manufacturing cost actuals and forecast accuracy with finance.
• Translates customer and site priorities into a workcell strategy and rhythm.
• Leads cross-functional teams through ramp-up, change, and escalation events.
• Maintains data-based meetings with clear ownership, due dates, and closure.
