Job summary

Jabil is seeking a senior Workcell Leader in Mexico to drive continuous improvement and profitability within the unit. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure metrics are met, and align with customer and business goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining talent, coaching staff, managing forecasts, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This role demands proactive communication and strong leadership on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years experience, one year in a supervisory role, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify people requirements and coordinate with Functional Managers.
• Coach and mentor Workcell team to deliver excellence to customers and internal teams.
• Set clear measurable goals and monitor operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across Jabil.
• Ensure safety, health, and compliance across the workcell.
