Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Workcell Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations in a medical environment. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery, and partner with customers and leadership to maximize profitability.

You will own manufacturing costs, optimize processes, and ensure data-driven decisions with clear accountability and urgency. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum eight years in operations, engineering, or supply chain—medical device environment preferred.
• Five years in operations, engineering, or planning management role; or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of workcell management experience (preferably on JOS).
• Fluent English and Spanish communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns priorities, commitments, tactics, KPIs, corrective actions, and team execution.
• Manages workcell cost, productivity, scrap, labor utilization, and cost recovery in partnership with Finance.
• Leads cost-improvement initiatives across the fiscal year and translates priorities into strategy and rhythm.
• Leads cross-functional teams through ramp-up, sustaining, and changing priorities while driving data-based decisions.
