Responsibilities

• Owns priorities, commitments, tactics, workcell KPIs & KBIs, corrective actions, and team execution.
• Owns workcell manufacturing cost for actuals and forecast-cost projections with cost control.
• Own profitability and manufacturing-cost improvement initiatives throughout the fiscal year.
• Translate customer and site priorities into a clear workcell strategy and operating rhythm.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues quickly, manage escalations to closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence for ramp-up, sustaining, changing priorities.
• Review business plans, process changes, and resource plans for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Build credibility in customer interactions; ensure data-based, priority-focused meetings.
