Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Materials, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, and large teams.
• ERP/WMS proficiency (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for all warehouse operations.
• Drive strategic Lean initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Lead organizations of 50+ employees through a structured leadership team.
• Set performance targets and monitor warehouse KPIs.
