Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Materials Superintendent to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow to support manufacturing with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize material availability, and champion continuous improvement while maintaining world-class safety standards; manage 50+ staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Materials/Logistics/Supply Chain operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouse operations and safety.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity and inventory targets.
• Lead 50+ employees through a structured supervisory team.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance to achieve targets.
