Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to lead our warehouse team, oversee daily activities, and ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role will focus on optimizing processes and maintaining accurate inventory, while fostering safety and compliance.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with databases and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of team management are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
• Track receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Prepare reports on receiving activities as needed.
