Johnson Controls in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, seeks a Warehouse Superintendent to lead all warehouse, inventory control, and material flow activities supporting manufacturing. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize material movement, and lead continuous improvement with a strong safety focus.

You will manage 50+ employees through a structured leadership team, set KPIs, and implement Lean methodologies to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets in line with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in materials, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years leading large teams and managers.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM desirable.
• Advanced ERP/WMS expertise (SAP/Oracle) and data-driven mindset.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouse operations and safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Lead 50+ employees through a structured supervisory team and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure accurate inventory, material flow, and on-time replenishment to support manufacturing.
