Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to lead warehouse operations in Mexico. The role involves supervising staff, managing productivity, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.

You will also order supplies and optimize stock levels while enforcing safety and process standards. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and 3–5 years of team management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience managing a team.
