Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead materials operations, including planning, warehousing, and distribution, across multiple manufacturing models. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, production scheduling, and logistics to meet service and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate will drive Lean improvements, partner with Demand Planning and Supply Network, and develop teams to sustain high performance and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years in materials, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Minimum of three years leading supply chain teams.
• Experience with SIOP, production planning, inventory management.
• ERP/planning tools experience (SAP, MAPICS, AS400).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the site's materials operations strategy to meet service, inventory, and profitability targets.
• Lead Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Direct/Indirect Purchasing/MRO teams.
• Coordinate material planning across ETO/CTO/MTO/MTS models and CTB process.
• Align materials with SIOP and MPS, manage capacity and material risks.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and Kaizen.
• Develop team capabilities and foster a high-performance, safe culture.
