Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of engineering functions for the facility, spanning industrial engineering, manufacturing, processes and tools.

You will coordinate equipment installations, provide technical support, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with Environmental and Safety Objectives, including cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic or manufacturing engineering is required.
• 4 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally automotive.
• Lean manufacturing techniques and processes; CAD/SolidWorks; CNC programming.
• SAP knowledge focusing on manufacturing processes; PRO-Launch methodology.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and maintain the engineering functions for the facility: industrial engineering, manufacturing, processes and tools.
• Coordinate equipment installations and provide technical support and preventive maintenance.
• Lead PROLaunch phase-gate project teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales and suppliers to resolve design/production issues.
• Apply problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement and environmental/ safety objectives.
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing or systems builds and testing.
