Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Materials Planning & Flow Controller to balance supply and demand, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers across our manufacturing network. You will optimize material flow, monitor KPIs, and contribute to SIOP/S&OP initiatives while collaborating with Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in materials planning within manufacturing, strong MRP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in Materials/Supply Planning or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP processes, inventory control and replenishment.
• Experience with supplier deliveries, POs, and material availability.
• Experience identifying shortages and bottlenecks in supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and replenishment for raw materials, components, and finished goods using MRP systems.
• Monitor end-to-end material flow to ensure on-time material availability for production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve material issues.
• Lead inventory discrepancy investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Define safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment policies.
• Support DRP, SIOP/S&OP processes, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Work with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions.
