Job summary

Eaton seeks a Supply Chain Manager for its ES AMER PCS division in Ciudad Juárez. You will lead materials operations, internal logistics, inventory control, and production scheduling to align with MPS and SIOP, ensuring on-time customer deliveries and optimal working capital.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing or related field.
7+ years in materials, logistics, planning, operations, or supply chain within manufacturing.
3+ years leading materials, warehouse, logistics, planning, or supply chain teams.
Experience with SIOP, MPS, MRP and inventory management.
Mastery of ERP systems (SAP, MAPICS, AS400) and planning tools.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the site's materials operations strategy to achieve service, inventory, productivity, and profitability targets.
Lead Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Direct/Indirect Purchasing/MRO teams.
Lead material planning across ETO, CTO, MTO, and MTS models and CTB processes.
Ensure alignment with SIOP process and Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Escalate critical issues related to material availability and capacity; drive Lean improvements.
Develop short-term production schedules and monitor adherence; coordinate corrective actions.
