DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to enable the Marketing organization to operate efficiently, make data-driven decisions and maximize the impact of marketing investments.

The role combines budget planning, operational excellence and cross-functional management, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Legal. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex operational

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• Experience in Marketing/Business Operations or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis required.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting for Marketing.
• Improve governance frameworks for visibility and execution excellence.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on marketing performance.
• Own end-to-end procurement operations and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
