AFL Telecommunications, LLC in Mexico is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence / Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing processes. You will lead improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing, industrial or quality engineering, Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with MS Project, FMEA, and data-driven problem solving. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Formación

• 5+ years in Manufacturing Processes, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Quality.
• Experience developing and validating new products and process automation.
• Bachelor or higher in Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate audits, FMEA, control plans, and MSA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized processes.
