Milwaukee LATAM is seeking an engineer to analyze and manage manufacturing projects, introducing new products, technologies and machinery validation to boost efficiency. You will collaborate with the product support team and suppliers to ensure all new processes and documentation are delivered to the core team.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across NPD and line transfers, develop PFMEA/DFMEA, and design production lines based on demand analysis.

Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with PFMEA/DFMEA and quality management documentation.
• Ability to design production lines based on demand analysis and validate through projects.

Responsabilidades

• Introduce new products into manufacturing equipment with validation phases.
• Develop new technologies to increase machinery efficiency.
• Review designs for new machinery and develop automation concepts.
• Develop new production lines (manual and automatic) and related process documentation.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and supplier development.
