North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Junior Engineer to support engineering activities related to process improvement, planning, analysis and manufacturing operations.

You will work under supervision and contribute to project execution, process optimization and operational excellence within a manufacturing setting. The role offers exposure to NPI, Lean Six Sigma practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 6 to 12 months of experience in an Engineering department.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GMPs, MRP, MTM preferred.
• Familiarity with NPI, process reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Understanding of ISO/QS quality systems, environmental standards and safety.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute engineering activities following established procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Support planning and scheduling of engineering activities, resources, and projects.
• Analyze methods, processes, machinery, materials, and maintenance systems to identify improvements.
• Assist in design and development of products, processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Support quality control and process control activities to ensure performance and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in NPI, process reengineering, and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
