Freudenberg México S.A. de C.V. seeks a Manufacturing Processes engineer to set standard methods and support continuous improvement in automotive production.

You will develop SOPs and assist training to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery while evaluating 4M/2M factors to improve SQDC outcomes. The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing processes, knowledge of PLCs, robotics, lean methods, and ISO/IED standards.

Formación

• Requires a degree in chemical/industrial/mechanical engineering or similar.
• At least four years in manufacturing processes in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of lean production, process mapping, and core tools (IATF 16949, AMEF, GD&T).

Responsabilidades

• Establishes production standard methods per process flow diagram and control plan.
• Supports training to meet established standards and schedules.
• Develops and updates SOPs, procedures, and forms.
