Milwaukee Tool seeks an experienced engineer to lead the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing environments. You will validate new equipment, drive efficiency, and coordinate with suppliers and the core team on master production programs.

This role requires advanced English, CAD proficiency, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and strong leadership. You’ll develop production lines (manual and automated) and oversee documentation for quality systems and new line transfers.

Formación

• Electronic/Mechatronic engineering degree or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or Siemens NX).
• Experience with PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and MS Office.
• Experience leading projects and teams; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Introduce new products into existing and new manufacturing equipment, including validation phases.
• Develop new technologies and update existing ones to boost machinery efficiency.
• Perform manufacturability analysis for new product launches.
• Maintain documentation in quality management systems.
