Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. seeks a Manager – New Construction Services to lead and coordinate the solution consultants, sustainability coordinators, commissioning team, and energy engineers, ensuring customer satisfaction and service-line profitability.

The role collaborates with the Director of Project Operations and COO, driving implementation, commissioning, and energy projects, while advocating for clients and advancing process improvements across the company.

Qualifications

• LEED BD+C and/or O+M experience with certification preferred.
• Experience in consulting, commissioning, and energy engineering projects.
• LEED AP BD+C, O+M or ID+C credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability of Rivion service lines and report performance to COO and Principals.
• Oversee project teams and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members performing their tasks.
• Maintain quality service standards and clear client communication.
• Assist in sales through client meetings, proposals, or other duties as assigned.
• Implement, manage, and evaluate operation processes and procedures per EEI standards.
