Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. You will interface with clients, design teams, contractors, commissioning specialists and other consultants throughout all lifecycle phases.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to high-quality standards, and a smooth transition from construction through commissioning to handover.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering data center or critical facilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish with executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects, interfaces with clients and design teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Facilitate governance meetings and coordinate with regional/global client teams.
• Monitor risks, change controls, and ensure HSE compliance across all activities.
• Oversee commissioning, IST, handover, and post‑construction closeout.
