• Proven experience leading complex EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities across project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of PMO practices, governance and portfolio reporting.
• Advanced English for technical documentation and international stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and handover with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery.
• Manage the strategic project portfolio aligning priorities, resources and execution with business objectives.
• Establish and improve PMO methodologies, governance processes, performance indicators, reporting standards, and project tools.
• Oversee asset modernization, maintenance, shutdowns, overhauls, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate across functions to resolve dependencies and maintain progress.
