Summary
The Manager – New Construction Services is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day efforts of the solution consultants, sustainability coordinators, commissioning team, and energy engineers, working directly with each team to ensure customer satisfaction and overall profitability of all service lines. The Director of Project Operations interacts and educates both current and potential customers regarding the company’s services and implementation process. The Director‑ Project Operations works in tandem with the Director‑ Program Development on implementation / commissioning / energy engineering, as well as ongoing improvements to the processes. A key responsibility of this position is to maintain accountability and be an integral part of client advocacy, marketing, and business development. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Principal/s.

The work environment characteristics and physical demands described are representative of those an employee may encounter in a normal office setting and a construction work site. The work environment of typical office environment requires sitting for long periods and working with computers and other office equipment. The work environment for a construction site visit is physically active and may require significant amounts of standing, walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and climbing (i.e., ladders) in the field.
Fieldwork will require employee to have mobility, a good sense of balance, manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
