GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Contract Performance Manager to lead the P&L for energy service and maintenance contracts, overseeing resources and logistics for maintenance, repair, and refurbishments.

You will drive strategic and tactical execution, balance onsite operations with financial accountability, and maintain strong relationships with customers across the region. You will influence cross-functional teams, support Sales in pursuing opportunities, and ensure high performance in safety,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Minimum 3 years in energy generation industry.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute services and supplies contracts for assigned customer.
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely resolution of concerns.
• P&L leader with accountability for financial objectives against the annual Op Plan.
• Support Sales to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
• Execute strategy for portfolio growth and manage safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
