Axented is seeking a seasoned Power EPC Projects Manager to lead full-lifecycle delivery. You will coordinate contracts, scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client relationships to ensure on-time, profitable delivery.

You will organize initiation, master schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder plans; manage design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while tracking SPI, CPI, cash flow, and changes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of power EPC / large engineering experience, with at least 3+ years as project manager.
• Familiar with PMI / PMBOK, EPC contracts, schedule, cost, procurement, risk, change claims, stakeholder and team management.
• Proficient in P6 / MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and ERP / project-control systems.
• 8+ years of project experience; led at least one substation/line or large power project from start-up to handover.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the full-lifecycle delivery and business results of power EPC projects.
• Coordinate contract, scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client relationships.
• Organize project initiation, WBS, master schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractors; monitor SPI/CPI, cash flow, and contractual obligations.
• Lead major coordination and commercial negotiations; drive acceptance, settlement, claims, handover, and lessons learned.
