Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with labor relations emphasis.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience leading teams in large plants (HC > 1000).
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive labor relations strategy to maintain a stable, compliant work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee payroll operations with accuracy and legal compliance.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, org design, and risk management.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Strengthen engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor workforce metrics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Develop organizational capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes across shifts.
