The Senior Manager leads regional ER/LR strategy, partners with business leaders, HR, and Legal to ensure compliance and foster positive employee relations, while supporting business objectives across Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

• Lead employee and labor relations strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
• Serve as the regional expert on employee relations, labor relations, collective bargaining, labor matters and related investigations.
