PHINIA Inc. Juarez Plant seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance of automated systems and machinery, minimizing downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor a team of technicians and engineers, develop schedules, and drive system optimization. The role requires IATF knowledge and bilingual English–Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance management within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced certifications in automation or maintenance management is a plus.
• IATF Requirement expertise
• Experience with Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs, and HMI systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all automated systems and machinery.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of automation equipment including robotics, Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs, and HMI systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to ensure team members are skilled in the latest technologies and safety protocols.
• Continuously assess and improve the performance of automated systems and identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; develop and manage the maintenance budget; source and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and downtime incidents; prepare and present regular reports to senior management; ensure compliance with documentation standards.
