Cooper Standard is seeking a skilled Supervisor, Maintenance at our Torreón, Mexico facility to lead a shift responsible for keeping production equipment in optimal condition and maximizing uptime. You will guide and coach maintenance technicians, coordinate responses to breakdowns and participate in training of new staff.

You will monitor TPM ranges across operations, uphold quality, environment and safety systems, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Formación

• Front Line Supervisor experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Understanding of mechanical basics and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Keep production machines in optimal condition.
• Lead the maintenance technicians to respond promptly to maintenance needs of production machinery.
• Train new staff and support onboarding.
• Monitor TPM ranges across operations and maintain updates.
• Promote and enforce quality, environment and safety systems.
• Prepare requisitions for area staff.
• Participate in evaluation of machine failures.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Keep the production machines in optimal conditions 2. Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery 3. Actively participate in the training of new staff 4. Monitor the compliance of the ranges of TPM in each of the operations, and maintain controlled and updated said ranges 5.
