Clarios, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer in Escobedo, Mexico to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs and lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage spare parts inventories, tool crib operations, and maintenance KPIs while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance routines to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventories of spare parts and critical maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate the operation and management of the tool crib and maintenance storeroom.
• Track and monitor maintenance work orders and equipment performance.
• Lead and coordinate innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, update, and utilize maintenance tools, maintenance plans, templates, manuals, and technical diagrams.
• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators, including MTTR, MTBF, and PM compliance metrics.
• Participate in operational meetings to review performance results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement and sustain 5S practices within areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and work instructions related to the Integrated Management System.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to eliminate operational obstacles.
• Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.
