About the Role

Our client, a well-established industrial group, is seeking a highly competent Ingeniero de Planta y Mantenimiento to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of their facilities in Puebla, Puebla, MX . This role is essential for ensuring that all production machinery and plant infrastructure are maintained in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing output. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical or industrial engineering, coupled with significant experience in managing maintenance programs, predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and facility operations. You will play a key role in improving operational continuity and safety within the plant environment, contributing directly to the company's productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Oversee the planning and execution of corrective maintenance activities, ensuring rapid resolution of equipment failures.
• Manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
• Develop and control the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while ensuring adequate resource allocation.
