Sulzer is seeking a senior technical expert to join our Workplace Services team in Mexico. You will provide advanced Level 2 and 3 support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID, ensuring secure, reliable digital workplace experiences for a global enterprise.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and business teams, develop technical documentation, automate routine tasks with PowerShell, and mentor local IT colleagues to uphold standards and drive

Formación

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to deliver digital workplace experiences.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workplace Services technologies.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Exchange, Intune, Teams/Voice, SharePoint and related M365 services.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to deliver seamless digital workplace experiences.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, SOPs).
• Automate routine admin tasks to improve efficiency.
• Enforce security and data protection policies across platforms.
• Participate in patching and upgrade projects for M365 services.
• Mentor local IT teams and lead training to ensure best practices.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence in Workplace Services.
